Founded in 1991, the Nordonia Youth Basketball program offers a Recreation Basketball League for boys and girls in grades Kindergarten-12th.  Additionally NYB offers an Alumni League geared for adults who have played in the NYB and/or attended Nordonia High School.  The NYB has always prided itself in providing the youth of our community a positive and memorable experience at a fair value.

During the past 30+ years, over 10,000 children have participated in the NYB Program, with many doing so from their Kindergarten year through their Senior year in HS.  Many that played NYB and /or attended Nordonia HS are now playing in our extremely popular Alumni League and Summer League.

During 2020, the NYB partnered with the Longwood YMCA to provide our winter program to over 400 children while surrounding communities shut down their programs due to COVID.  The Y is now the home to the NYB Kindergarten - 6th Grade Programs, as well as our Alumni League and Summer League.  Additionally, the NYB has built a wonderful relationship with the Nordonia School District over the past 30 years, utilizing all the schools for practice sessions and games.
